This 4-week progressive training series is designed to teach proper lifting technique, improve muscular strength, and help you stay consistent and accountable in a group setting. You’ll follow a structured program that builds each week—perfect for those looking to train smarter, not just harder.

8 total sessions (2x/week for 4 weeks)
Group format with hands-on coaching
Progressive strength training plan
Option to make up missed classes in regularly scheduled sessions
