This 4-week progressive training series is designed to teach proper lifting technique, improve muscular strength, and help you stay consistent and accountable in a group setting. You’ll follow a structured program that builds each week—perfect for those looking to be held accountable and learn proper technique and form.

Group format with hands-on coaching
