6-Week Strength Program
This 6-week program is designed to help you build strength, gain confidence, and create consistency in your workouts—no matter where you’re starting.
Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to level up, all workouts are guided with coaching on form, pacing, and progression so you can move at your own level and feel supported every step of the way.
Program Schedule:
Mondays at 6:00 PM
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
Saturdays at 8:00 AM
This structure gives you the opportunity to train up to 3 times per week while keeping it realistic and manageable for your schedule.

Early Bird: $249 through April 18

Important Details:
This program pass is valid for the scheduled program classes only.
If you miss a class, you may make it up by attending another class offered at Crush Fitness Studios during the 6-week session.
This pass does not include unlimited access to all regular studio classes.
If you would like to attend additional classes outside of the program, those may be purchased through a drop-in, class pack, or membership.
Spots are limited for this first round to help create a supportive and personalized experience.
