This isn’t your typical floor class, it combines a dynamic blend of muscle conditioning, Pilates precision and muscle training. This class is amplified with a variety of props to keep your muscles guessing.  Using bands, balls, weights, sliders, Pilates ring & more. You’ll sculpt lean muscle, fire up your core and challenge your balance all while killer music and beat based movements keep you motivated and in rhythm. 


Suitable for all levels. 

Each class layers low impact endurance work with Pilates principles for deep core activation & postural strength. This sculpting, full body burn will leave you stronger, longer and more connected to your body.
