This class fuses the precision of Pilates with high-repetition muscle sculpting. You will target deep stabilizing muscles through, controlled movements using weights, bands and balls to keep those muscles guessing! Low-impact cardio bursts are woven in to elevate that heart rate. Expect to challenge your endurance, fire up your core, and finish with a full-body burn.
