Intro to Build: Lifting Weights, Form & Confidence is a beginner-friendly class designed for anyone who is new to strength training, feels intimidated by weights, or wants to feel more confident in our Build program.

This is a real class taught at a slower, more supportive pace — with extra coaching, explanation, and encouragement along the way.

We’ll begin with a guided mobility warm-up and review foundational movement patterns such as squats, hinging, rows, and push-ups. You’ll learn proper setup, form, and how to choose the right weights for your body. From there, we’ll put everything together in a simplified version of a Build class so you can experience how it feels in a low-pressure, welcoming environment.

This class also includes a short meet-and-greet and time for questions, so you can feel comfortable and supported as you get started.

Each participant will receive a Crush Journal to take home.

This class is perfect if you:
• Are new to Crush
• Feel nervous about lifting weights or barbells
• Want to learn proper form
• Have been wanting to try Build but aren’t sure where to start
• Want a supportive introduction to strength training
