Pilates Strength & Sculpt is an all-levels, full-body workout that blends classical Pilates principles with sculpting and barre-inspired movements. This low-impact class focuses on controlled strength, core, stability, balance, and alignment while building long, lean muscle. 
Expect precise, flowing sequences that emphasize form and breath, with options and progressions offered throughout- making it accessible for beginners and challenging for experienced movers. Light weights and bodyweight exercises are incorporated to enhance muscle tone, improve posture, and support functional strength.
