Military-inspired. Crush-approved. This circuit-based class blends strength, core, and conditioning drills using bodyweight and simple tools like TRX, Levert bars, stability balls, and rowers. Timed intervals ramp up the intensity each round (40/20 → 30/15 → 20/10), challenging you to push harder as you go. Every class ends with a team-style finisher — think group rep challenges, ball slams, crawls, and planks — where the energy of the room carries you through. High intensity. High accountability.
