Welcome to your next-level conditioning class. SWEAT is a high-intensity circuit designed to burn calories, build muscle, and push your limits through strategic interval training. You’ll rotate through team-based stations using everything from rowers, barbells, slam balls, TRX, and battle ropes to challenge your endurance, strength, and mindset.
Expect each round to be different—with clear intensity goals set by your coach so you know exactly how to pace, push, and perform. This is about working smarter, not just harder.
All levels are welcome, with modifications at every station—because progress doesn’t come from perfection; it comes from showing up and sweating with purpose.
