The "Reps" in Reps & Row refers to the strength and power intervals performed off the rower. Think dumbbells, barbells, and functional strength tools designed to sculpt, challenge, and build.

You’ll share your rower, so team training is essential—cheer on your partner, fuel your lane with some friendly competition, or just stay in your own rhythm. Every class format varies to keep things fresh, but one thing stays the same:
