Combo class with Barre and Reps and Row. This class combines barre, a full body workout icomposed of resistance training that focuses on the alignment & strengthening of the body using light wights (2-3lbs), barre work, and finishing on the mats for core and seat work. Class is done barefoot or with barre socks.
