Join Jackie for a combo class! We are trying out this new combo to see how it goes. We will kick start the class rowing and doing strength reps. (To amazing playlists of course) then we will head over to the other room to step it up! This is not your old school step class, its is a safe & effective way to move, have fun, and incorporate impact, coordination, strength, and high intensity movement.
Please note: All of our classes have built in levels to ensure that each individual has the ability to move and feel successful after attending. You never need to do anything you are not ready to do, all our instructors are prepared to coach options. Try this class and see how. it feels to make a whole-hearted decision about if it is for you.
