This 60-minute class is the ultimate full-body workout! Start with 30 minutes of Reps and Row, an interval style session that alternates bursts of rowing with weighted strength exercises to build power and endurance. Then transition into 30 minutes of Barre, focusing on balance, core strength, and flexibility with low-impact, high-burn movements designed to sculpt and tone. 

Please note:  Although the schedule may show these as two back-to-back classes, this is one seamless class experience. The format ensure our instructors are compensated appropriately, but rest assured, when you sign up, you're reserving your spot for the full hour-long workout.
