Fluid yoga based movements leading into longer held stretches to lengthen muscles. Light weights, sliders and bands will be incorporated at times, adding strength and stability work.  Don’t forget about some good ab work too! 
All levels welcome and modifications will be given.  Bring water, towel and some great upbeat energy! See you on the mat!
