Fire and turbo both utilize MMA movements to tone, strengthen, shred, and sculpt the body. We are fusing them into one class. Turbo is more fun and choreographed to the music. Fire focuses on drills and repetition. Athetic movements in both classes target agility, coordination, speed, and power. You will be sweating and moving so much you won't believe how fast this class goes by!
