Time to sweat! Sweat sesh is a Full body interval style workout 🏋🏻♂️ It varies week to week between circuit style, open format led by the instructor, team challenges, and more. Equipment will range from row machines, battle ropes, dumb bells, slam balls, medicine balls, bands, BOSU trainers, body weight challenges, barbells, and more! Class is always challenging with a focus on strength and power. Class will always have options for all levels.
