ASC - Athletic Step Circuit Interval class. You will use a step to do plyometric activities, strength, and agility drills. You will be given set goals based on time, reps, intensity, and more. All levels are welcome as options will be given to accommodate a range of fitness levels, Just show and do your best and the progress will come.
