Rowing is part of the Crush culture! We use water rowers to work total body cardio and strength. Rowing is low impact , good for your joints, and can be low or high intensity. Reps is referring to strength and power intervals when you are off your rower. Due to larger groups you will be sharing your rower so team training is essential in this class! Boost your teammates up with some friendly competition or just work at your pace. We will use dumbbells, barbells, and a variety of strength and power equipment varying class to class, lets crush it!
