30 sec of a high intensity exercise to kick it off with a bang
60 sec of an active recovery exercise
90 sec of 2 exercies working opposing muscles
Class equipment will vary week to week as well as the format. Sometimes it will be open class or groups of 3 to 4
Plus, during warm months be prepared to run or go outside
Repeat with new exercises
