Cirtcuit style workout! Stations will be set up around the room or format will be led as a large group with specific description on time, exercises, and recovery. Your coach will let you know the objective of the class during the warm-up. Equipment used varies class to class. We use a range of slam balls, medicine balls, battle ropes, rowing machines, bands, Bosu, agility ladders, steps, dumbells, weighted bars, and more! You will never be bored!
