CrushFit 😓 is a circuit class meant to burn 🔥 calories! Interval style workout 🏋️‍♀️! Work your way around the various stations for timed intervals. Your coach will break down the intensity objective of each round so you know exactly how to push to get to the next fitness level! All levels welcome as all stations will have options given.
